2. Start the tea or tincture a few days before you stop smoking. So the herbs are in the system to counter the withdrawals. A woman also needs to start "Female Balance Tea" to replace the estrogen she will lose from the tobacco. Many Native Americans chewed tobacco for the estrogen. That i why it is easier for a man to quit.
3. RITUAL; As humans we change our physic by ritual. Just as a wedding the participants stand in front of family and friends and speak works out loud. 4. LICORICE STICKS; Great for hand to mouth motion. When the phone rings or you start your car, it is a habit to reach for your smokes. Replace the smokes with licorice sticks so you do not stress your nerves when you realize the smoker are no longer there. Just place the stick in your mouth as you would the cigarette.
