- All wholesale orders
must be sent to the address posted on license
- First order must be
at least $290.00

Request a catalog, and we will mail with wholesale prices.

for free shipping. Outside continental USA will charge actual Postal
rates. Your credit card will be charged a second fee for shipping.
It is our discretion to send small packages Priority Mail, or large
packages UPS. Request UPS may require shipping rates added. lace
your email address on your order and we will email your tracking
number.
