Leaf and Flower Tea Pot
Bring water to a rolling boil in a cop or tea pot. Add one teaspoon per 6-8oz cup in a tea ball or tea pot basket. Remove water from heat, infuse tea and simmer 4-5 minutes. Enjoy!

Roots, Berries, and Bark
Bring one cup of water to a rolling boil. Add one teaspoon loose herb. Reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. Smash with a fork and simmer for another 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy!

Powder
Most powders will not dissolve. Bring one cup of water to a rolling boil, stir in 1/2 teaspoon of powder and sip.
Stir and sip, repeat.
