    Directions for making this tea comes with each order. As a dietary aid, using approximately 1 teaspoon per cup of very hot water, steep for about 4-6 minutes, strain if you wish and drink. This tea may be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until serving. Most drink this tea before or maybe after eating, only if your blood sugar is high. You do not absolutely have to strain any of our teas as the ingredients are all natural dried plant material.

    This tea formula also comes in a Liquid Tincture, in a 2 ounce bottle. Only 8-12 drops per serving is needed as it is very concentrated. May be taken 2-3 times a day as needed. People with diabetic issues need to try hard to work on their diet and eliminate as much carbohydrates as possible.
